For most people there are many things they love about a winning business, but what they don't like is creating the business strategy to make their business a success. Vladimir Tingue says the trick to creating a business strategy is just knowing that without a winning business strategy you will have a tough time getting you business off the ground.

When it comes to a winning business strategy you need to first make sure you understand the key parts of creating one. A business strategy is much like a business plan but you put more thought and detail into the actual marketing, targeting, and product planning than you do in a business plan. A business plan is all about profit and showing expenses, but a business plan is all about getting customers and later making profits.

Business strategy:

Target market - The target market is very important to know because without it you won't know who to spend the most time chasing and spending advertising dollars for.  Vladimir Tingue want to target business strategy because the wrong market could waste a lot of money and time.

Marketing plan - When it comes to marketing you can't leave anything out. The best way to market is to do anything and everything as long as it works. For most businesses the best way to get people to know about your product is newspaper ads, internet ads, word or mouth and often times radio advertisements. All you have to do is do all those and more and see what works the best and stick to that.

Product - If you have a business then you must know what you want to sell. You could sell services, products or maybe just be the middleman, but whatever it is you are you need to know your product inside and out. The best thing to do is use your product or service over and over again so that you are an expert with your product.

Start - I have created and applied many business plans and the one thing they all have in common is that I did the upfront work and after looking over the plans and numbers I could see the business would be a success, and when you find a business that is already setup for success you need to start it right away. The biggest thing I know about how to make money quickly is that the world changes so you need to start while your plans are fresh.
